Isa began dancing at the age of 2, until her final year as a student with NGDA. She has been teaching dance for 5 years, being trained under many and various professionals in the dance world, and is also certified in Alixa Flexibility. Her teaching style is aimed towards inspiring and sparking creativity into each of her students, hoping they can walk away from each class feeling encouraged and accomplished.
Gabriela began dancing at the age of 2 overseas in Europe. Throughout the years her passion has grown and she has been able to train under some of the most known instructors and choreographers in our time. The passion and art of dance has been instilled in her heart by her mother Vivian Bartow.
“I’ve always been involved with dance since I was 2 years old, and hip hop was my first love. It wasn’t until I took a year long break from dance, that I fell in love with the art of ballet. I loved how you could be graceful and expressive through your body. Choreographing is one of my biggest passions in life, I love being able to be a storyteller and creating shapes and movements. I am also a certificated acrobatics teacher. As an instructor, I hope to pass on the passion I have for dance to my students.”
Vivian Bartow is the artistic director/owner of Next Generation Dance Academy. She has over 25 years of experience in dance training and choreographing, teaching throughout the United States and Europe. Vivian’s love for dance began within her own family. She is rooted in Latin dancing and ballroom. She has thoroughly enjoyed settling in Mena while sharing the excitement and pleasure she has always experienced in dance with the members of the community.
